During the 25th edition of the International Nursing Congress at Cl\u00ednica Alemana in Santiago, Chile<\/strong> \u2014 focused on the humanization of care through technology \u2014 Next Matters<\/strong> presented a disruptive initiative that is transforming the way a often-overlooked component of holistic well-being in hospitals is managed: spiritual and emotional support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Cl\u00ednica Alemana<\/strong>, recognized as the leading hospital in Chile and one of the most prominent in Latin America<\/strong>, served as the ideal setting to showcase advancements that place the person at the center of care\u2014going beyond physical treatment.<\/p>\n\n

Together with Auxilio Mutuo Hospital in Puerto Rico<\/strong> \u2014 the only one in Latin America with a digitized system for this type of support \u2014 the Next Matters team, composed of Marcela Covarrubias, Macarena Molina, and Daniel Mijares<\/strong>, led the presentation of a pioneering project that integrates these services into the Millennium<\/strong> electronic health record system, providing them with visibility, traceability, and clinical value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
