Challenge:<\/strong> Vidal Vademecum, a company specialized in pharmacological knowledge, reached an agreement with the Vithas hospital group so that clinical professionals belonging to this network could use the Vademecum Consult solution to access the most recent clinical information on drugs as an aid to prescription pharmacology in order to guarantee safety and avoid potential errors.<\/p>\n\n

Solution<\/strong>: Next Matters designed and developed a connector in SAP i.s.h.med to integrate Vidal Vademecum’s solution, including the pharmacological catalog and clinical check-ups, in the corporate EHR i.s.h.med with the aim of offering technological support at the different stages of the closed loop medication.<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n

Outcome<\/strong>: Vidal Vademecum is used seamlessly integrated with the EHR SAP i.s.h.med of the Vithas hospital chain (https:\/\/vithas.es\/<\/a>), speeding up the prescription process and avoiding potential errors in the process of prescription, administration and registration of patients’ medication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
